One on one. Description of job duties given. My experience explained. Manager explained work expectations and advised of other interviews scheduled and when a decision would be made and that I would be notified regardless of whether or not i was selected. I did not receive a tour of the facility but as i waited, i did get a chance to take in a lot of the place and to hear a little of how day to day operations take place.
