LGSTX Services interview questions

I had a quick phone screening and was bought in for an interview a few days later. I was thrown off by some of the associates comments like “she won’t get hired because she’s black” which caused me to worry during the actual interview and put me at a disadvantage. It was 3 people in the room, two of them did not speak at all but exchanged looks at everything I said. One asked very detailed questions from a paper.

Brief. They want people with reliable transportation who will show up for work during certain periods of time (two shifts - and various times within each for start and finish times). Questions are designed for this. Met with the facility Manager. One on one interview.
