Interview
Online then in person interview. Some test-like questions on chemistry knowledge. Asked to analyze spectra and deduce molecular properties from experimental results. "Tell us about yourself" was also asked at the beginning.

Question 1
What is you experience with analyzing NMR spectra?
Very simple. Had a phone screen first where they asked behavioral questions i.e strengths and weaknesses. Then moved forward with a Skype video interview that was a lot longer. Generally asked the same questions in addition to chemistry related questions.
