1 step: phone call - screening (ca. 30 min) with HR member - motivation, background and basic expecations
2 step: video teleconference (ca 1h, up to 2 h) with HR member and supervisor - motivation, work and academic experience, knowlegde on quality tools and Li-Ion batteries, knowledge and skills on team motivation and problem solving.
Feedback within 2 weeks - in case of getting the job or not.
