Question 1
They asked in-depth and conceptual questions from RAC, Strength of Materials, Material Science, Thermodynamics, focusing on fundamentals, real-life applications, and problem-solving approaches to test deep understanding rather than just formulas or definitions.

Interview
First round is technical, if selection in 1st round after few days call for MD round.
But they are delayed process of interview.First round was good but in second round lots of questions from MD.

Interview
There were four interviews in total,
First was of the manager to whom I report now, technical aspects of my profile were considered and all the questions were from Engineering.
Second round was that of the General Manager, He focused on general questions such as why a change in company? What improvements will you carry out here? etc.
Third round was conducted by the HR General Manager and the Factory Head, questions from second round were repeated and similar kind of questions followed.
The final round was by the Managing Director of Pune factory, he focused on my nature of work in previous organization.
