After some confirmation by e-mail, I got a single interview with a single employee from a nearby site, and it was held in the company stand. He was not very interested in specific IT skills but in the overall profile of the applicant. Age and English fluency turned out to be rather important. I left my resume and I am waiting to hear back from them.
