LF USA interview questions

Had a call with HR, they reached out to me. After explaining the role they were trying to fulfil I had to submit resume and portfolio for considering. This was passed on to the hiring manager/ department manager. After I was vetted, went on to meet with the hiring manager, had to do an in-person skill test.

Personal process - not tests or formulas, but HR does key word screen resumes. Senior management looks for the right personality to fit the position along with the right skill set. The first step in a phone interview with HR followed by hiring management interviews.
