Interview
Super easy, casual questions, wanted to see if you new current trends in the fashion world. They basically are looking for you to explain to them how they stand out amongst their competitors. They want to be known as the trendiest retail store and want to be able to provide clothing for customers that they can't find elsewhere.
Face time interview with office staff then in person at the store. The whole process took around a week. I was offered the position a week after interviewing by the manager of the store.

Simple and straight forward. Be yourself. Must have a drive to enhance customer experience and interest in fashion and styling. The interview is more of a get to know you type of conversation.

Interview
I called the Greenwich store to ask if they were hiring. Luckily the manager answered the phone and said yes. She asked for my instagram handle and then said I could come in for an interview.
