Interview
Was asked for an initial 30-minute interview, asked back for a longer one, then asked to complete a (paid) writing sample. A week after submitting the sample, I received an offer letter. Everyone was so lovely and wonderful. Best interview process I had throughout my search. Considering so much of the job search process is unpaid, I really appreciated their offer to compensate me for the production of a writing sample. Plenty of other companies had me do far more exhaustive work for no pay.
