I applied on line. Serval days later, they contacted with me ask me to have a onsite interview. So, I went there talk with them, the interview was not hard, just regular question. They just emphases that the job was really organized.

They ask about your capability of fashion illustration and taste for fashion. They are extremely nice and courteous. It was a long a long interview since they want to know what you did in detail and education is very important to them.
