3 step interview. I first had a phone call from a HR recruiter. I had a second phone interview with the hiring manager that lasted about 30min. Finally I had a third on site interview that lasted all day. Met with 10 different staff members for 30min each. All staff members were really nice, the last interview step was long but not hard. They are really easy to talk to.
