Interview
Applied by sending resume and cover letter directly to HR before opening was posted on careers site, and actually never saw the posting of the program on the careers site. Eventually heard back after a month or so to schedule first interview, which was over the phone. Heard back a couple weeks after that I moved to the second round, was flown to Des Moines to meet with panel of 4 VPs, give presentation, and submit written assignment, then got offer within a week.

Interview
It was a long process. I had 3 different interviews. 1 phone, 1 FaceTime, 1 in person at corporate. It took about 2 months to get through it all. It was kind of obnoxious because you would have one interview and then you wouldn't hear back for another 3 weeks. When I flew out to corporate they said they had my name checked into the hotel, but they didn't so I had to argue with the front desk clerk to get a room.
