The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LCPtracker (Orange, CA)
Interview
1 Recruiter Phone Interview, 1 Hiring manager Zoom Interview, 1 Interview in person with the hiring team.
Followed up 1 week, and 2 weeks after 3rd interview and got no response from the hiring manager, team or recruiter, Got rejected after the third week, followed up with all parties to ask for feedback and got no response from anyone. They could have just sent a response saying they are too busy to give feedback at this time,
Disappointed because they all seemed like caring individuals but cannot give candidates the time of day when it no longer benefits them.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, How does your current company go to market
Interviewed for an Executive Assistant position twice. The first was for the CFO.
After the screening process, I was scheduled to interview with the CFO. The next day the meeting was canceled due to them offering the position to another candidate. After a few weeks I was contacted by HR yet again for consideration for another Executive Assistant role. After 3 interviews (one of which was called a final interview) I was asked to come in person for a final interview. Unfortunately, with my schedule I wasn't able to accommodate an immediate meeting. On a Wednesday, I was offering to be available Friday in Texas. They asked (from CA with no knowledge of the area or any of the employees) if I'd be available at 5pm that day, which didn't work for my schedule or traffic in the area. We scheduled for the following week on Wednesday. After about 20 minutes, I got a call from that same HR person that they've decided to move forward with another candidate. As disappointing as it was, it is clear that they just want a warm body in the role. Even after the skills test they requested I complete, I think it was a waste of time. There seems to be no consideration for skills, respect or for people's time.
I was looking forward to meeting the CEO that works out of the Texas office, but I'm now thinking I dodged a bullet with this company.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LCPtracker (Orange, CA) in Feb 2024
Interview
The interview process was great and the interviewer really got to know you. Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough experience to move forward, however, the interviewer told me so and invited me to apply again in the future
