I applied for the job after seeing the ad in the local paper. I was called by the supervisor for a 1/1 interview. That interview went well. She asked standard interview questions and jotted down my answers. After the interview she asked me to come back for a second interview. She stated the second interview would be a mock case scenario where I would pretend to be the workers and the staff would be the clients. After the second interview I was told by the supervisor she would have her decision by Monday and would let everyone know. I sent out my thank you letter. Monday came and went....Tuesday came and went....Finally I called on Wednesday thinking the supervisor was still making her decision or was extremely busy. The receptionist took my call and told me that the position had been filled. I was upset because she didn't hold true to her word. It was very unprofessional on her part.
