They came to my college job fair where they selected a number of students to first interview on campus. They gave a fairly average exam on SAT type math, some database query stuff, and a few basic Java questions (also threw in some Javascript and sports questions which I did not even attempt but still went to round two.) Then they discussed your answers with you, after which I was invited to round two (the only one at my school that I know). So far so good.
Round two was an in person interview at their location out in Long Island, and that was pretty unpleasant. I spoke to three people in succession, none of which but the first asked me any material related questions (the first asked a few simple questions that I answered correctly.) The rest wasted time trying to get an understanding of my work ethic, how I think about life, other people, what my hobbies are, etc, etc.
It took them three or four months after this to send me a rejection e-mail. After I had already forgotten about their existence. Quite rude and unprofessional.
