Very slow process. Applied months ago, no response. Small company, and don't seem to have real Antenna design expertise. Seems very heavy on marketing, the team did not appear to be experts.

It is a small startup company. They are not professional. The interviewer showed up 5 mins late and he was not familiar with antenna! I had to explain to him why he was wrong.
