Sent my job application and was met with a email denial after 16 days of no hear back and needing a follow up email for an update. No feedback offered even after I requested it twice to help me in my career advancement.

General phone screening with third party recruiter (overview of relevant experience, desired salary range) and two rounds of interviews with members of executive leadership team. Process from initial screening to offer was about 4 months.
