L&W Engineering interview questions

Submitted my resume, the manager called me the next day to schedule an interview. Went to the interview and everything seemed great. I was super excited and was hoping to get the job. The manager told me that she would contact me within 1-2 weeks. I sent a thank you email 2 days after my interview and sent a follow up email a week later. Heard nothing back....

It was a cake walk, but I knew someone internally. I'm sure that made the difference. They do ask for high school diploma, which was odd. They do a UA and a hair folical test. HR had it together. I was thankful for the relatively brief interview process.
