1st rd was phone interview
2nd rd was webcam interview
then they put the process on hold till December
3rd rd was suppose to be in person
its 2 weeks into December. no traction has been made. company has poor communication and leadership and organization.
with holidays coming up i dont see the process coming back this year so prob 6 or 7 mth process

My experience was good the interview level was moderate not too easy not too hard they focused on both basic and higher level.In hr interview they askeD many questions about family background .The interviews were very friendly .
