      Part Time Sales Associate Interview

      24 Feb 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Vancouver, BC
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at L'Occitane (Vancouver, BC)

      Interview

      - Rather long and arduous process - Long interview questions - was expected to write to email manager some additional interview questions - Phone interview first and person interview after - Manager was rather nice and welcoming, she was very understanding and accommodating but did expect me to work more than 15 hours (company policy for part-timers) - Manager asked a lot of questions (perhaps almost an hour long for me because I did not do a phone interview) - Interview was harder than most retail positions I have had as they asked very specific questions that reflected my work ethics and character
