It was a formal interview process, you usually are interviewed by the HR Rep, the Hiring Manager and the Director. They will ask you the standard Interview questions so be prepared and work on your responses.

Interview
Initially you'll go through one phone screening. After the phone screening you will move on to a day long panel interview on site. From there they usually make a decision.
