Very good. Professional and friendly. Got a full description of job duties, benefits, compensation. Interviewer was personable and knew alot about the company. They worked several different positions and knew a lot.

Sat down in basement of facility. Had two gms at the interview as one was newer and wanted to sit in. Permission was asked prior if it was ok. Basic checklist and asking questions to determine character and if the potential employee's values align with the company values. Overall professional and courteous interview.

You have your first interview with the store manager, it's like every other interview process, but at the end the manager tells you "I would like you to come in for a second interview with me and the asst store manager. And that's where they get you because you set up for this 2nd interview and what actually happens is when you arrive for the 2nd interview they are waiting there for you to show up and they hand you a appointment sheet for a surprise drug test and you have a couple hrs at most to complete it.
