After first speaking with someone from the company over the phone, they asked me to do a copy test assignment. They must have liked what I submitted, because they called me in for an interview. However, they wanted me to come in the same day they called and assured me it would be brief. I was able to accommodate the request, but the interview was anything but brief; they kept me there for over three hours! The interviewer seemed very skeptical of me and my answers. I wasn't sure why they called me in and took up so much of my time if they had no interest in giving me a chance. After the interview, I never received an offer or a rejection.
