Interview
Had meetings with the HR recruiter, Head of Audit, Chief Risk Officer, and Director of Risk. 4 Interviews total. Process took about 2 weeks. Then final talk with the Director of Audit.
The interviewers were very friendly and kind, asking questions about my daily work routine, projects, and other responsibilities. It felt more like a conversation, which made me comfortable sharing details about my experience.
Interview process that I experienced was overall a fairly process. In my experience each individual I spoke with took a pragmatic approach to understand the various aspects of my background, skills and goals.
