Asked basic interview questions that weren't too difficult to answer. Asked about experience with children, multi-tasking, as well as strength and weaknesses. They also make you do a grading test to see how quickly you can grade homework and a proficiency test to evaluate your proficiency in math.

Question 1
Can you handle multi-tasking and teaching multiple kids at once?
1. It was a brief phone call it figure out a schedule whether you can come in to taken an exam.
2. Ones you complete the exam, they will let you know if you are right for the position.
There is an application submission, brief interview, basic math/reading assessment, discussion of availability and responsibilities, possible training session, then hiring decision based on communication skills, accuracy, and ability to work with children.

Lighthearted and fun conversation! The boss was very polite and informative on the position and explained a lot about the structure and students. Once on the job, I cultivated an engaging and interactive classroom environment that ignited students' enthusiasm for learning. By tailoring teaching methods to individual learning styles, I fostered a strong sense of interest and participation in the subjects at hand
