I interviewed at Kuma's Corner (Timbaúba, Pernambuco)
Interview
It was a fine chat and we all came to the conclusion that the cleaning tasks are quite sufficient for the further hire. All were friendly and respectful. Still I had the feeling that the position was already taken.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kuma's Corner (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2018
Interview
Thorough, informal, informative. First, had an informal call with store manager and president to establish availability. Then, met with store managers, president and culinary team. Reviewed credentials and gained an understanding of the position and company. No follow up interview was required.

Question 1
About experience, ambitions, working style, what I knew about the company.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kuma's Corner (Schaumburg, IL) in Apr 2017
Interview
Applied in person in February 2017. Asked to speak to a manager immediately after completing the application. Talked with the MOD who told me that they weren't really hiring at the time, but to be in touch closer to April. I reached out again around the end of March, but no luck. Ultimately, I was able to set up an interview after speaking with a different MOD, who then interviewed and hired me about a week after speaking with them in April. I mentioned that I applied a while back and was super interested in setting up an interview, I mentioned who I initially talked with and explained that I did not hear back. It turns out that the original manager I'd spoken with was no longer with this location, so it was a good thing that I bugged them again and spoke with the new MOD.
