Hiring process consisted of two interviews only. First one with technical persons where we discussed previous experience and the second one with senior manager who checked English abilities and motivation.
Normal behavioural questions regarding my resume and my experiences. Also talked about what they look for in a candidate. Asked about team difficulty questions and how I overcame that. It was a chill interview

Interview was quite strange: not like interviewers were looking for potential future teammates but more like giving theory exam to students how exactly they memorize definitions in textbook. Also got an impression that interviewers themselves do not properly understand some concepts.

It starts with the HR Call screening then technical Task was shared then if you clear that task there will be tech interviews followed by the offer.
But the task part is always ambiguous they took 2 weeks to evaluate a task and yet reject . It's actually very bad for the candidate to put so much of time on the task and get plain rejection in the end .
I have seen many firms doing that and it feels like a waste of time to the individual

Task was to create a java -react application ,reading from csv and displaying on the UI .
