I had one phone call with HR, which was nice. We then scheduled a technical interview with the current sole SRE.
This interview was not good for a number of reasons. First of all, my interviewer had a very thick and unintelligible Russian accent. It was very hard for me to decipher exactly what he was saying. I got quite a few questions that had nothing to do with the SRE position in general, and only 1 coding question.
