I submitted my application for this role on December 20, 2023.
The process unfolded with an initial interview on February 1, 2024, followed by a second interview on February 19, which involved preparing a task. Finally, I attended an in-person interview on March 14. However, despite this extensive process, I received an email on March 28 stating that the organization has decided not to proceed with hiring for this role and will be starting the process from scratch, without considering any of the existing candidates.
It's evident that this organization lacks organization and clarity in their hiring process. They should take the time to consult with marketing experts to determine their actual needs before engaging with applicants. Leading candidates on and ultimately wasting their time is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on the company's reputation.
