The training you receive is lenghthy and detail information. You have to take several mogels in order to be hired and past tests. Not only for your position but for the details of the entire company. They do a back ground and promote a drug-fee environment. They asked you questions to see if this job is the correct fit for you.

you apply, and then they email you about scheduling for an interview for me it was like a day or two after i had sent in the application and then they schedule an interview like 2 days after you apply and you go
Applied on the companies website for a cashier position. Later a phone call interview with an associate working at the location where information and responsibility was shared. Position offer was emailed along with start date.
