The interview took around three weeks time. There were four rounds, 1st with TL, then a case study was given which was supposed to be submitted within 24hr. Then 2nd round with co-founder where case study and grilling happened. 3rd round was a panel with team leads of other two teams. Fourth round was an HR round where HR related questions and compensation was discussed. When I tried to negotiate they never got back and when I did the follow-up the HR said we have rolled out the offer to other candidate. This turned out to be a waste of time and efforts even after getting selected. Few Points: All the interviewers had their cameras off except in the second round. All the interviewers were late and one was late by 25 minutes.
