Very quick!
They asked about experience, clients I've had, had me fill in a skills inventory, and sent my info to their prospective clients. I did not yet have any offer from them, but the client requested me on the engagement.
The offer came AFTER the client requested me, and rather than a full-time role (benefits, training, vacation, PTO, etc) they offered a quick 1099 role. Zero risk, liability, insurance, costs on their part, and no promise of anything with the firm when this client would wrap up.
Bait & Switch.
To pressure me further, they called repeatedly (2 recruiters ping-ponging me), emailed and claimed "hurry up and decide, or we will quickly put another person on this client engagement).
Thus proving we are cheap commodities.
They may have amazing reviews from employees, but from a prospective employee, the hard-sell does not work, sorry.
