I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kramer Electronics (Israel) in Oct 2025
Interview
My final interview with the CEO was challenging and, at times, uncomfortable. The conversation was heavily focused on technical knowledge, even though the role was purely sales-driven. Candidates should be prepared for detailed technical questions that may go beyond typical commercial expectations.
Additionally, I was asked about the company’s tagline, which felt unusual for a senior sales interview and not directly related to evaluating sales strategy, market planning, or regional experience.
The overall interaction came across as more transactional and checklist-based rather than conversational. It would be helpful if the interview process aligned more closely with the role’s requirements and if expectations were communicated more clearly.
Advice to Future Candidates:
Be ready for deep technical questions, even if you are interviewing for a commercial role. Review the company’s product documentation and branding materials in detail.
Outcome:
Not selected after multiple rounds.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kramer Electronics (Clinton, NJ)
Interview
The employees were very friendly and the questions were great. It flowed like a conversation. However, they made me go through 4 rounds of interviews and built up hopes of getting the position, only to not send an offer. If this was the case, they should only do 2 rounds.
