I was given an email from a recruiter where I was asked to take about an hour long IQ test. This was followed by a 15 minute phone interview from the recruiter. After, I had to have two video interviews. However, due to a schedule change, I could only do one video interview and later did another phone interview. Be prepared to be interviewed by anyone at anytime. I got confused by who was interviewing me which set off a bad first impression. I heard only about 20 people make it to the final on-sight interview, so it is very competitive.
