I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2012
Interview
Standard HR phone screen and follow up conversation screen with the hiring manager. Once that went well, had three interviews with two senior managers/directors; each meeting was 45 mins to an hour. Additionally, you spend lunch with a current ABM / Sr. ABM to learn more about the day to day and role. They are not necessarily evaluating you, but do have some sway if they really like/dislike you.

Question 1
What is a brand that you believe is doing poorly in the market and how would you fix?
The first was on campus. The second was a longer interview with behavioral and case questions. The third was more of the same with Director level individuals. They don't care as much about your answer, but more about how you arrived at your answer. Critical thinking among ambibuity is an important skill.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz in Aug 2023
Interview
Interviews were easy, but decision makers can't hold themselves to a timeline and end up pushing you back as much as they can. Know your stuff and play to their core values as much as you can.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2018
Interview
I had phone conversation and it went very well, then I had in person interview, so there I had not that good experience. Two managers were conducting interview(one uninvolved), another one on position for 1 month. Both of them couldn’t ask me right questions, uninvolved one left company a week after interview. Very disappointing process, felt like they had a lot on their plate and I was not part of it.
