Series of 1-on-1 and interviews with multiple interviewers, some through a hiring website, the rest through University Relations. Then, there was a final large zoom meeting where most of us met before final offers were announced
Well managed and planned. The process took about a month ranging from talent acquisition, HR, business case, and user interview. The interviews were about an hour each talking about personality and experience. However, I have not get the chance to proceed to an user interview yet at the time but nevertheless a good experience.

I first applied through the company’s careers website, but my application wasn’t successful. After someone withdrew, the manager posted a new announcement on LinkedIn, which I responded to, and that led to a video interview three days later.
