I applied online through LinkedIn and the first step was a phone screen with the recruiter to learn more about my background. Then there was a round of interviewers with various stakeholders - my potential boss, a sales leader, marketing, HR, and finance - a total of 5 interviews in this round. The actual interviews were mostly fine - a lot of behavioral questions, a few more 'gauge your thought process in this business' questions, and some more background probing questions. The recruiter was not the best communicator throughout the process, left me hanging multiple times with unanswered questions. And it took 3 weeks to tell me I didn't get the job, which was frustrating.
