Phone interview from recruiter. Very friendly but was concerned with my lack of years of experience which is understandle. I received a phone interview with the hiring manager. This was also a positive experience. Did not pass the phone interview. My only negative is that I wish he would have been more transparent when I asked if he had any concerns with my application. However I know that is pretty typical.
