Replied to an online posting through indeed.com. Received a call the same day to set up a phone interview. The Phone interview was like most. Be prepared for a long day when presented with an opportuntiy for an onsite interview. Be prepared with examples of what you have done so they can score you using their interview process.

There was a brief questionnaire sent out by the recruiter before an online assessment and automated video interview was conducted. Invited to partake in an in person interview process where I was interviewed by two people independently.
