Probably one of the most unprofessional interview experiences I have had. I was aware of the Kraft Heinz reputation before interviewing and chose to ignore it. My first interview was a typical phone screening and the recruiter was very pleasant and sold me on the company despite previous reviews and warning signs from the news and peers. I was then scheduled a phone interview with the hiring manager who would have been my direct manager. The hiring manager had no idea how far along the interview process I was and did not ask me any behavioral questions or anything, they were so under prepared and felt like they kind of winged it. I was prepared to answer any situational and behavioral questions and was just thrown off by the sluggishness of this interview. At the end of the 30 minute phone conversation I prompted the hiring manager if they had any questions or reservations about moving me forward to the next round. I was told my experience would be a good fit for the team and was assured I would be moving to the next round. After a couple weeks I have not heard anything and have sent multiple emails asking for updates but no response. Turned off from working here. Might be a blessing in disguise.

Bush league process. I was ambushed on the phone interview, on-site scheduled unilaterally without checking my availability, then acted like I was putting them out when I was unavailable on that day with VERY little notice.
