I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (London, England) in Apr 2017
Interview
CV Screening -> Aptitude Test -> Skype/Campus Fast Track Interview -> Final Assessment Centre. Assessment centre is probably the most difficult one. It is split into two parts. the first part is 1:1 interview and a group task. If you get through, the second part is a panel interview
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
When did you face a challenging situation in a Team task and how did you overcome it.
Application, online tests - games, video interview, face-to-face interview, assessment centre. Very lengthy, assessment centre is very challenging, had to do a 1 minute speech without a timer, group task, 1-1 interview

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz in Mar 2020
Interview
CV opgeven online, en daarna moesten er verschillende spelletjes gespeeld worden op het online platform van Pymetrics. Hier kwam dan een rapport uit die ze langs de meetlat legden van hun eigen employees.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Amsterdam) in May 2019
Interview
- Personality and intelligence test
- A video interview (question about yourself and the company)
- Telephone/skype call
- Assessment Day (at HQ in Amsterdam with 22 other applicants. A very hospitable atmosphere and a great introduction to Kraft Heinz. Personal interview and group assignment in the morning. Around 13.00, you will be having lunch and former trainees join to tell you more and make you feel at ease. After lunch, they will tell you who made it to the last round in the afternoon. EMEA Management teams fly in to meet you if you make it to the 2nd part of the assessment day. You will be having a panel interview, which is quite though but they are very interested in who you are as a person and your previous experience).
