Human resources uses the STAR method in addition to mulitple interviews with lateral departments. They want to make sure candidate is a good fit for overall good of the company. At times, some interviewers seem to be pciked out of a hat due to line of questions, sometimes not applying to the actual job.

Any STAR method interview questions are tough because at each point of reference a new question can be asked.

Interview
Can't say many good things about this process - they lead you on big time. I went through three rounds - one phone, one skype, one in person (4 half hour conversations with 4 people) interviews, was even flown out for the in person interview (which I was told I would be reimbursed on and was never reimbursed). Kraft Heinz barks on their culture piece but its very obvious that they are looking for people that have the Harvard degrees and the MBAs.
