I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2017
Interview
Three rounds
1. HR phone interview. General introduction. Ask about background. Quite easy
2. Another phone interview. The manager who is hiring interview me. Very friendly. Just half an hour. Briefly introduce the work style.
3. On site. The manager's director interview face to face. This is a little tough. I thought I did well, but they didn't accept nor give me rejection. Probably because they were deciding.
Had to take Prometics test (which is on YouTube). Then got a first round interview which included two individual interviews with an analyst and a director. Both interviews of the first round were behavioral.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz in Jan 2023
Interview
Phone Interview with HR/ Video Interview with the Manager/ Final Interview with Director Pretty normal process and took around 1 month in total after the initial phone interview. Why it has to be 30 word minimum??
I applied online. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Wellington, Wellington) in Jun 2021
Interview
2 interviews with hiring manager, then CIO and Human resource advisor. Was easy as i am already an employee and am confident in the company’s meritocracy process. They already knew me
