Applied online, took some online tests and then went for the assessment centre. They asked everyone to give a brief introduction of themselves. They split the group into 2 teams and made you work together to present a topic.

Two separate interviews, each one had similar questions and were arranged back to back. Odd format as they could have been designed and run as a single one hour meeting with two people.
