I applied through university. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Chicago, IL) in Sept 2016
Interview
Spoke with Kraft Heinz at a career fair and was selected for an initial phone screen of pretty standard behavioral questions. Moved forward with second round interviews about a month later. Second round interviews consisted of two 30 minute back-to-back on campus interviews with HR and with a business leader. The interview with HR consisted of company-specific behavioral questions and the second interview was more conversational. A week later, was invited to final round interviews in Chicago HQ. Was asked to prepare a 3-minute pitch on why Kraft Heinz should hire me to present to the Sales leadership team panel as well as HR.

Interview
First round was a screen, second round was a phone interview with a member of the HR team and a follow up with the Hiring Manager.
Questions were mainly behavioral-based. Both interviewers I spoke with were friendly and easy to talk to. The only thing that struck me as odd was that the position I applied for on the website was located in Chicago, but during the interview they said I would be located in Arkansas.

Interview
Interview once on the phone and then over skype. Was flown out to the HQ in Chicago for final rounds where we had to present a 3 min presentation about ourselves in front of a panel and most other candidates. There were no actual interviews held. The whole day felt extremely unorganized as they could not even provide us with a schedule, and none of the employees guiding us throughout the day seemed to know what was going on either. Overall, the process was extremely impersonal.

Interview
The interviews were all very fast paced and upbeat. There were three rounds of interviews in total the first one was a 15 minute phone interview with someone from their University Recruiter team. She was very insightful and very helpful. The second interview was with a member of their HR team. It was another phone interview, this time lasting 30 minutes and very straightforward and a lot more serious than the first one. The final interview is when they fly you out to their headquarters in Chicago.
