Primeiro, entrevista com RH, depois com Gestora + BP e depois com par da gestora. Processo muito humanizado, leve e bacana, Todos os bate papos de alto nível. Um processo que faz o candidato ter ainda mais vontade de entrar.

Não foram muitas perguntas "prontas", foram quase todas perguntas para entender melhor o contexto ou aprofundar algo que trouxe na minha apresentação.
3 rounds:
1. Reporting manager- Discussion was focused around previous experience and motivations to join KH
2.L2 manager- Discussion was around personal interest and trends around different product categories that the company operates in

Very good onboarding information from HR about the interview structure, and some initial feedback post call
Company very slow to then give outcome of interview
Hiring manager was slow to give feedback - was very surface level & was a cop out answer - not useful
