I applied through my university. Went through 1 phone screen, 2 Skype interviews, and a final on-site interview day. Everyone was I met during this process was very inspiring. The on-site day was AMAZING. Truly got to know the company culture and meeting various current employees and leaders in the company was so beneficial.
