At first, you need to answer a test with about 12 questions, including IQ and chemistry-related questions, and there are also some calculation questions. During the interview, I was interviewed by only one person, the department manager. He reviewed my test answers and discussed the questions that I got wrong. He also explained the correct answers when I wasn’t sure or gave up. Then he asked questions based on my resume. Overall, it was a good experience. It felt like I was meeting my lecturer.
