Training for profile......................................Worst experience with KostCare Infotech Pvt. Ltd. Would not give even a single star if i had an option for the same. Director always gives mental pressure on employee which directly affect their health. Further against which employee doesn't get reward or appreciation instead he would ask to work in other field areas. Dominate employee by asking report of each n every minute what he did whole day as if we are not human being and robert.
1. No specific HR policy - What director says is HR Policy temporary and after that he flip the same according to his convinence
2. Zero Employee satisfaction : No matter how good employee performs he never appreciate for the same never appraise monetary or in kind instead give more n more work of different fields e.g. Accountant is asked to search for maid i mean is this the task accountant needs to perform.

Very nice experience during interview. They conduct interview on Skype and telephone. It is helpful to save time and cost of commute. Interview experience overall is good. However, final round of interview was in the company.

Interview
First they explained me entire process of hiring which was like, first telephonic round then technical, practical round, and managerial round. For those who can not attend face to face, they will arrange all four round through skype/online
I gave my first round, cleared
Gave second round technical, cleared
Then third round of MCQ test which i don't know whether cleared or not because after that round i didn't got any revert from HR, i tried to call him 2-3 time but he didn't pickup my call.
Reason why i gave native experience is that, dont give false hope to candidate. If not selected just clear them out. Even when you can't be able to connect with them and in that case if candidate itself calls to know result you must pick call because no one get dissatisfied if you tells that you are not selected rather than not clearing bubble
