Interview
It's supposed to be a 5-step application process. Two 1-on-1 interviews and then two panel interview/presentation, and the last one would be with the CEO for cultural fit and finalization, I think.

Tell me about your weakness and how do you combat it.
3 rounds including a take home case. First round with a junior team member, second with senior management. The take home case was ambiguous and provided creative freedom. Final round interview with the partners was insightful and interesting.
